THE DECK

Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs, Spades — ranks 3 to 10 only. The 10♠ is removed. Each player gets 5 cards, dealt in groups of 3 then 2.

THE FLOW

There are exactly 5 rounds — one per card in your hand. The player with the controlling card leads each round. The leader plays any card — that card's suit becomes the controlling suit.

The board creator starts Round 1 and play moves clockwise — whoever takes control leads the next round. Each turn you get 5 seconds: hesitate, and your lowest legal card is played for you.

Every player must follow the controlling suit if they hold it. No suit? Play any card — a chance to dump junk.

CONTROL

To steal control, you must cut with the same suit and a higher number. The highest card of the led suit wins the round, takes control, and leads the next.

HOW TO WIN

Winner of Round 5 wins the game. Win Round 5 with a 3 of the controlling suit and it's a KURA — a prestigious double win.

DEAL PROTECTIONS

5-card total under 21 → auto-win or re-deal (table's choice). Three 7s in one hand → straight win.

STREET TACTICS

All played cards stay face-up in front of each player — read the table. Sacrifice a high card early, or hoard it for Round 5. Bluff weakness in a suit, then cut it when it matters.
